Unique pieces, collections and larger runs, cast in silver, bronze and gold.
We work with traditional wax models, but can also process supplied 3D-printed models in wax or resin. We do not do CAD design or 3D printing ourselves. Our specialisation is preparing and casting the model.
We cast in silver, bronze and 14 and 18 carat gold.
Which models can we cast?
We cast various types of models, as long as they stay within the usual dimensions of jewellery. Larger or special pieces are possible; we always discuss them through a tailored quote.
Classic wax models
Handmade or traditionally produced wax models. Perfectly suited for casting.
3D-printed wax models
We can also cast 3D-printed wax models.
3D-printed resin models
We can also cast 3D-printed resin models. Not all resins burn out equally well.
Japanese Mistero Gigime wax
We can cast models in Japanese Mistero Gigime wax, but in practice we see casting problems somewhat more often with it. Keep this in mind when designing and supplying your models.
